We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard). All payments are secured by our partners to ensure the highest level of security. We do not accept checks or cash on delivery.

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified directly from your account. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@lilittleemma.com for instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
